These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that apply when you use iWild. They set out the relationship between us and our customers, explain account responsibilities and eligibility, and summarise how promotions, payments and disputes are handled. We ask that you read them carefully and use the site in line with these rules; by registering an account you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and secure. You must provide true personal information, notify us of any changes and keep your password confidential. We may require identity verification at any time to confirm ownership of an account or to process withdrawals. Until verification is complete, certain features may be limited.

Accounts are for single users only. You must not share access or use someone else’s account. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, collusion, unauthorised access or repeated breaches of these terms. Any winnings obtained through prohibited activity may be voided.

Eligibility requirements

Acceptable platform use

Prohibited conduct includes attempting to manipulate games, exploiting technical faults, using multiple accounts to gain advantage and providing false identity information. Automated access or use of bots and other tools that interfere with normal operation is not permitted.

Account limits and responsible play

We may apply deposit, stake and withdrawal limits to manage risk and support responsible play. You may request temporary or permanent limits on your account. Repeated breaches of limits or failure to cooperate with responsible-gambling checks may result in suspension or closure.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to their specific terms and to these terms. Where bonuses are offered, they will state eligibility, wagering requirements and any game restrictions. Bonuses must not be used in conjunction with fraudulent activity. We may withhold or reclaim bonus funds and winnings if we reasonably believe terms have been breached or if a promotion was provided in error.

If we cannot reach agreement, you may be offered an independent dispute resolution route where available in your jurisdiction. Using this service does not affect your legal rights.
